The personal data of the Buyers (name and surname, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number) are processed in order to execute the order and execute the sales contract concluded with it, including the preparation and delivery of the order, issuing an invoice, and for the purpose of processing the right to withdraw from the contract and exercise the right to submit a complaint on the terms set out in the Regulations.

3. Personal data of Users who set up an account on the www.thisislovt.com store website (name and surname, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number) are processed only to the extent necessary to register and service the account of a given User on the store's website.

The User or the Buyer may give prior consent by accepting the relevant Clause for sending him a Newsletter and for sending him other commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended). The Buyer's personal data will be kept until the end of the business relationship under which the data was collected, or until the statutory retention and limitation periods or tax obligations expire; in addition, until the conclusion of any legal dispute for which this data might be required as evidence.

7. The User's personal data necessary to register and operate the User's account will be kept for the period necessary to provide the service.

8. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.

9. The User or the Buyer has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer, object, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The exercise of the right to withdraw consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that took place before the consent was withdrawn.
